Details: Dicor’s Self-Leveling Lap Sealant creates a watertight seal along a roof's edges, air vents, vent pipes, and screw heads. This lap sealant is a versatile sealant formulated for EPDM roofing but also compatible with most other roofing material, including Dicor DiFlex II, Tufflex PVC, and BriTEK TPO roofing. It offers excellent adhesion to aluminum, mortar, wood, vinyl, galvanized metal and concrete. Continuously seals and remains flexible. Color matched, our lap sealants are sun-ray stabilized to avoid discoloration and spoiling and will not stain or discolor any material to which it is applied. HAPS-free.

  1. Dicor really is the best caulking for roof and any seams on the sidewalls.  
  2. It comes in self leveling for the top of the roof and is perfect for sealing any new roof items like an antennae, weather station etc.
  3. It takes a while to dry and looks great without manual smoothing it out.
  4. our experience is that you should inspect your roof every 6 months.  You can touch up Dicor areas without removing the old Dicor.
  5. Very seldom does it crack.
